Times Square Plaza, located at 11 Times Square is a 40 story skyscraper in New York City. Completed in 2010, it rises 600 feet (183 meters), tying it for the 88th tallest building in New York City. 11 Times Square's anchor tenant, international law firm Proskauer Rose, moved in in January, 2011[2]. Several companies are proposing to build an aquarium for sharks, stingrays, and penguins on the lower floors.[3]
